Lochore Meadows parkrun was lap 3 for the morning! Having spotted Dvorak, we chatted a bit at start. Andy shot off with R and P from Kinross. I suspected this would be slower than my Dr K target but knew that I had probably got closer to 28 in the previous laps. Turns out 27:16 so undershot target by quite a bit! Nice chat to a lady with a heart arrhythmia about 5K, 10K and half. Andy came out to meet us and jogged in with him at the end. Then back to see JammyLu and baby L after. Lovely coffee chat with them all in cafe after.
