University of Galway parkrun
2 laps of a field, out and back route along the River Corrib path & a final lap of the field.
Flat fast course. Had a pretty fast first mile but then had a collision with one of the lead men. As it was an out and back route the instruction was to keep left. I kept left but got overtaken by a woman who stayed right- the man coming the opposite way then ran left to avoid her & into me! He was very sweet about afterwards - found each other to apologise. I was a bit worried he’d be cross due to losing time.
Pleased with my time - under 23 mins & over 80% age grade.
