10k Easy + Strides

8 x 200m strides

Completely chaotic run. I was rushed out of the door due to other commitments, I didn't warm at all. After the first 200m stride my watch went into meltdown with its pacing going all over the shop. Which contributed greatly to the general feeling of chaos throughout the run. Not sure I can really believe any of the stats for the run in general or strides but we'll call that one done. I guess.
