Pretty pleased with this. Sub-4 was the objective, but sub-3:50 was a target. I was strong from start to finish and can't really fault this performance. Maybe I could have been a few seconds quicker if I'd kicked earlier in the last mile, but I wouldn't have been 26 seconds quicker, so I am happy with this result.
