That was lovely, G, C and J said they would come down to parkrun. J is nearly ready to run, as he ran with me to the start! Then cheered me in at finish. Awww. Good to see _andy timekeeping. Thanks. Started nice and easy, tootled it up a bit but was reasonably comfortable. Nice morning, breezy on the out, warm on the back. Achilles and calf still feels a bit achy after, but not immediately, sometimes a day or two later. Anyway, been a lovely week with family staying. Bizarrely sick with tummy bug on Tuesday when they arrived (not Covid, test showed faint pos but it was false after a few hours, neg after 15-30 mins), fine by Wed Thu off - zoo and then fruit picking, with K and J the Thu, Fri working and kids went into Edinburgh, then this parkrun. Then a snotty nose for Sat and Sun caught from them. Also not Covid, tested neg!) Lovely week. Miss them. House is quiet now. :-) G
