England Athletics Virtual 5k Road Running Championship 2020 (incorporating this week"s Fakerun and (not) parkruns).
Boom! Aimed to dip under 20min based on last week's 20:13 but clearly the racing lags are still there. After just a couple of quality sessions to be already here is fantastic. I wonder how I'd do at a "real" race!
