Paced 2:30 for the Cambridge HM. That meant 11:27 on accurate Garmin, but around 11:20 to be sure for satellites. Was slightly too quick overall but happy to get a lot of people to their times. Hips a little sore at that pace, but great to have done nearly 3 hours today
