Abingdon Marathon- Slow start got caught up in crowds at start.Spent the next few miles catching up, then got a stiff left calf at 7 miles. It never went away. Never really reached sub 3 pace & struggled from 7 miles onwards. Bits of walking towards the end.7 gels consumed plus water & lucozade. 2 weetabix for breakfast. Chip time 3:20:19.
