Ran at 10.46 am in the green wave of the first Great Aberdeen run. The sun was out, it was 16 degrees with a slight breeze coming from the south east. Started off at a hard pace and tried to maintain it. The run went exceptionally well and I am now running at a pace I have not run for years.
