Meerbrook 15k race for North Wales
This didn't go to plan: wrong time of the month, so felt quite shit after a couple of km, especially on the downhill, where my stomach hurt like hell, had to slow down and eventually walk. Slow recovery on the uphills and a strong downhill finish, even though it was painful. Would have like to go sub 1:15 but not possible on the day.
