Yateley 10k Series Race 1 - was not expecting that at all! I was thinking it would be around 1.05 again like the race on Sunday!
So, a new 10km PB, and 5km in under 30 minutes for the first time ever..... I am shocked and stunned!

It was a cold evening which I am sure helped, and although the course has a couple of hills, it also has a blissful amount of downhill to counter that. The last 3km started to hurt a bit, and the last km being uphill was tough, but I will not complain about that :-)
