Harrow Lodge parkrun
Such a bad run today. Found it hard to get up this morning, heels were achy but I just had no energy at all.
My legs felt heavy & I had nothing to give today. The conditions underfoot weren't bad at all, a bit of sticky mud in places but nothing like it has been. Just a bad day. Rubbish time but I don't think I could've gone any faster. Still its another parkrun under the belt - now on 96.
