Hackney Marshes parkrun.
A strange one this re timing ... my Garmin said 3.04 miles run at 30 mins 36 secs. I started the watch when they set us off .. it took 8 seconds to cross the line - but the route seemed short.
It just seemed easiest to go with the timings that the Parkrun gave me. Who knows what the true time and distance was though?
My parkrun time was 30 mins 40 seconds.
