Notes & Comments

Warwick half. Despite mini-taper my legs started off feeling a bit tired and was unsure how it would go. Think I under-estimated how undulating it was as felt every incline. But overall pleased (although a PB would have been nice). Spent much of the race chasing Bethan but couldn't catch her.
