running two laps on the promenade with the waves crashing onto the beach. Parts of the course were flooded so I splashed through the water and got quite wet. Tried to run at normal 5 mile pace but after one mile I had to slow down because I'm not up to my normal fitness yet. Sue passed me then and I had to let her and Gaby Waring go. #longroadtorecovery
