Beautiful day, cold and frosty at start. (Very cold wind afterwards, brrr). Had a cold, on my chest, so, apologies, organisers for running. Suffered a lot in the last 4 miles, mainly needing the loo as much as fitness issues, I think. Calf niggle there from about mile 8, and quite sore afterwards, but still not pulled. (YET). Didn't feel any particular restriction on my breathing. I do like the Brighton course, it's a good one. One gripe at the end is that the medal is the last thing they give out. I want the medal first!!!
