Kinloss to Lossiemouth Half Marathon. First half since Amsterdam, not half marathon fit but had a good run and was chasing people down for much of the race.
Legs didn't have enough to pick it up in the last 3 miles which I will put down to a lack of a taper. Exactly where I want to be with a month to go before Paris.
