Colworth Day 3 - 13.1 mile 2 laps course on rolling tracks alongside fields etc. Very hot. Ran with MrD. Did as a general / long slow run. Felt tired towards the end.
As soon as i finished the race i could tell a tendon in my left ankle was very sore. Due to all the rutted farm trails - constantly turning over of ankles. Thoroughly stretched.
