Eye 5k. Had serious case of CBA before this race and thought would see how it went. Warm evening but felt fine and quite comfortable for first 2 miles. Third mile felt much harder but managed to keep going, even over the bridge towards the end, glad there was plenty of downhill.
Very pleased with my PB, smashed it

Well done on a PB. You did well to keep the 3rd mile speed up considering it was up hill, much better than me.
