Greenwich Battle of the Boroughs 10k run down on pb by a minute but still a great run. Enjoy running in Greenwich park. Sunny, warm and very hilly. Went well for the first half and found the going down a breeze but going up is hard on the knees (To very loosely paraphrase an Aerosmith song.) and also energy sapping- I suspect the heat didn't help, one runner mentioned it afterwards. Still I enjoyed this.
