Lovely saturday morning park run with Caroline. Great to see Bill, Welsh John, Big Kev, Marky Moz, OM, Mrs C and Miss C there too.
Left leg didn't want to work today, bit of a wooden leg. Thought id have a go at heart rate training after reading the beginning of the book HH lent me. Bit demoralising after working out my recovery ceiling and the book said it would be really slow. When running this morning kept below it but it felt quite fast! Back to square one I think......

Never feels easy for me either. 146bpm seems quite high for recovery pace though, mine is more like sub 130bpm.
Speak to HH upon her return for further instructions!!
