I was washing windows at 8 am this morning wneh I decided to give this race a go, feeling brave enough to manage the hill!
It was great to be at an event with other RJ's and other runners I have come to know - all with words of encouragement and welcome back
Race went well, I did feel that I was off my old pace but within pace that I wanted as my target was under 50 minutes - target achieved despite a pitstop!
