I will shortly post a blog to explain some of the changes - but you can send me feedback to report problems.
Had a really good day. My first marathon and a very pleasing time. 118th with gun time of 3:07:47 overall out of 8-9000 runners.
Perfect marathon conditions, sunny but not very warm. Took on board fuel well during the run when I hadn't in training. Really picked up the pace in mile 18 for several miles (4+) but couldn't maintain that to the end. I think I planned this very well tactically after sticking well to my training plan which seems to have worked brilliantly. Perhaps a few more 20+ mile runs would have been good but was restricted for time. Maybe start further up as well, as I was over taking the whole race as I did in Tunbridge Wells.
