PADDOCK WOOD HALF MARATHON
Plenty of things experienced throughout. Started off with walking to the start, got a 20 minute sports massage on the tight calf which happened to be very tight. I had a constant dull ache from it from the start and it just got a little worse during each mile. The last was very painful and slow but really pleased I didnt drop out.
Really pleased with my finish time considering.
