A massive improvment and maybe I could once again go under the hour?

Felt ok and wasnt that far behind some decent runners.Didnt like the course,cant believe people run so fast!

Wouldnt mind doing a 10k this year but there only one next week or the Telford 10k.

	DC aka Kip Connell I gathered it was NVH 10! Yes it was a good run thanks - 10 @ 5.49 pace and felt good the whole way so getting fitter as are you!
