REDCAR HALF MARATHON - Ran this race very well. A lot better than I expected considering I ran a marathon 3 weeks ago. Official chip time is 1:32:43 which was just 4 seconds off a pb! So close but I got to be pleased to be still acheiving these times whilst still recovering from marathon. A great course, fast and flat as described but very boring. Conditions could of been better. First half felt quite humid in the sun but coming back I was against a light to moderate headwind which slowed me.
Overall very pleased with race, a great morale booster knowing what I am still capable of.
