the bassingbourne help for heroes half.
new event, for a goocd cause.
not as flat as i hoped, a good climb between 6 and 9, but kept consistent splits throughout.
settled in about 20th place, then worked way through field, but didnt realise i finished so high ! 6th place out of over 400 runners, and tropthy for 2nd vet 40 !!!(other vet 40 won the race ) going well at present.
