The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free.
But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient.
Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead.
Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?
HBO 10K! Met up with Daz man at the start, it was delayed by 10 mins saw Neil, KS and BrotherJohn.
Got cracking with Daz and he was off so i followed, weaved through some peeps who were clearly in the wrong place, not good to be weaving this early. Felt a little heavy at this point kept telling myself it would get better, managed to get over the 1st mile in 5.46, next few clocked on felt better, not sure what happened but slowed coming into the village, sat behind a guy in the wind but he was going too slow, coming out again was a tough one, couldn't keep the pace under 6mm managed to pull it around but it was too late by then. As I rounded the bend I saw the clock 35.51 I was too far away though. Had an eye out for the Daz man finishing strong and brotherjohn.
Getting better nice to see I've upped my game, another 4-6 weeks and I might be as fit as I was before London 2009.
Newtons were the business again, might look at the racing shoe.

Good run Alan, your getting your form back. Shame I couldn't give you more of a race yesterday, but hopefully I'll run a bit better next time:-)
