Great Scottish Run 10k 2010. First time running this particular race. Very very busy and got pretty boxed in for the first 1-2k. Didn't feel like running around people constantly to try and make up time. First k 4.30 which meant any attempt at 40mins was gone. Relaxed after that and tried to just enjoy it. Halfway in 22.30! Managed to push on a wee bit in 2nd half to get respectably under 45mins. Somehow managed to run over 10.2k! Ewan ran 38.40!
