Whipsnade Zoo 10k - 3 laps of lovely mainly flat course through zoo. Saw stampeding rhinos on first lap! My brother who has only just started running and trains once a week jogged round his 1st race looking very unprofessional in bermuda shorts and t shirt and breezed in in a time of 47.03, then came me huffing and puffing 2 minutes later, luckily almost 2 mins infront of Neil, who was just over a minute infront of my Dad who was a couple of minutes ahead of Mum - great team effort!Nice to see and get photographed by RichK and see AKA Billy again. A really good race and one to do next year but this showed me I find 10ks harder and not as enjoyable as a nice long offroad race.

	Nic.1 Well done what a family affair, you can not be good at speed and ultra's I found that.
	JPK well done, 3 laps must hard to monitor with overtaking going on
