Richmond Half.

didn't really race it just wanted a strong run without too much effort and no injury niggles. Leg felt fine only the left calve was slightly tight. At some points I felt I was working too hard but this is prob in my mind as it wasn't very hard to up the pace for the last mile on tough terrain. That said I'm way off PB pace or mindset. The plan will be to PB at 5k and then 10K and then tackle my 1/2 PB.
