Folksworth 15. Abandoned 10m/m after a quick opening mile. Managed to run thru a rough patch which doesnt happen often.

Fantastic running, i thought i was happy with my time until i realised what everybody else had done...i have some serious training to do if i going to complete Stamford 30k!!!!!!
