Woodcote 10k. Just 2 seconds off my pb! My race plan after the totally disasterous bedford half was to run this within myself, try to keep the pins and needles at bay, and enjoy the race. Was well within myself till bottom of final hill then struggled quite hard up it but certainly not eyeballs out running. Was very shocked to get such a good time. Did get pins and needles in one leg up last hill but not horrendous. This was the boost I needed to carry on the hard training - a good day!
