Easy Effort Run
Achilles feeling a bit looser and less sore this morning. It is still noticeable. Kept fairly local again, but today felt like a much better and less discomfort than yesterday.

Kept effort easy throughout and gave myself shortcuts home if needed. Definitely an improvement and physio later this afternoon.
