Oscar's Everyone Day

In 2021 Oscar the Grouch proposed one day each year where "we unite as a community and EVERYONE records an activity of some sort - a dog walk, a run, a swim, a ride, ski if you want...".

Sadly we lost Oscar in March, so I'd like to dedicate Everyone Day to him. Thank you for the inspiration you gave us Oscar.
You can still access the old version of this page. I will shortly post a blog to explain some of the changes - but you can send me feedback to report problems.

British Masters' 10,000m Championships

Went with the early pace, lapping at around 90 seconds for the first 10 laps, dropped back a couple of seconds over the next few laps before slowing further and completing laps 13 to 24 in 98 seconds. Rallied on the final lap (94 seconds) to cross the line in a distant second place.
Very happy to upgrade my 2022 M55 bronze to the 2024 M55 silver, not so happy with the last 15 laps - lots of work to do.
