Running Miles Jubilee River Race (Marathon): 03:52:42 Pos: 5/24

I felt pretty tired coming into this but wanted sub-4 70. I was targeting 3:57 but ended up pushing ahead of schedule and then never really let up.

I was knackered late on though and it's never great when the last 3 miles are the slowest 3 miles. That said, I ran negative splits (by 10 seconds).

I'll take this.

My god, the toilets were horrid.
