Notes & Comments
A great sunny ride today. Out towards Pinchbeck and expecting to stop at the greasy spoon for a bacon sandwich. Unfortunately its all closed down, apparently to be pulled down. Luckily we found the church across the road had a flower festival and was all set up for food and drink. Incredibly cheap for a coffee and sausage and bacon bap, and very nice it was too.
This route has the longest straight road which is always windy and feels a slog.
Into Rippingale it starts to climb and from then to Corby Glen its undulating.
Lovely tea and chocolate cake at The March Hare and enjoyed resting in the sunshine.
Homeward was mostly downhill with a few climbs and some welcome back wind.
Enjoyed this route with some lovely pretty villages. Can feel I’m getting stronger 😊
