KFL Match #5, Rough Common
The usual fast start and no relaxing until the finish.
A lap and a half of soft grassy parkland, then several miles of undulating, firm woodland paths, just over half a mile of thick, sticky mud before the woodland paths and the grass to the finish.
Shattered by the end but reasonably pleased with my finishing place after a disturbed night's sleep.
