George Munday 10k
Slightly better than expected based on recent runs and perfect weather too.
Really struggled in miles 5 & 6 and not looking forward to St Neots - think that may be just a long training run as nowhere near race pace fitness.
Wore Nike Air Zoon Tempo shoes but not really liking them and felt a it of numbness in middle toe on right foor but also felt this on Friday in different shoes.
