This was fun. I was able to just keep going and going today and could have gone for another lap, but chose to keep my powder dry.

I never felt particularly great today (I've carried into today's race a general feeling of tiredness that I've had all week in training, with the legs aching).

The back needed some Nurofen at 13m and then had a bit of a turn at 27m, but didn't do too bad.
