Kressbronn Bodensee Marathon
kurz entschlossen mal einen Marathon gelaufen. Es lief überraschend gut, wenn man bedenkt, dass ich seit Ende Juli eigentlich kein Training mehr durchgezogen hatte. Etwas negative Splits, 1. HM in 1:57:45, dann den 2. HM in 1:57:10, perfektes Pacing mit Hilfe von Eugen, dem Sieger der M60, der das auch als Trainingsmarathon genommen hatte. Hab mich von km 12 bis 37 gut mit ihm unterhalten, dann ist er noch etwas schneller davon und ich bin einfach weiter mein Tempo durchgelaufen.
