I ran up the big hills without stopping and my legs felt strong, just lacking oxygen as I reached each top. I don't think I have ever ran them non-stop before as I normally have to walk a bit. Might be the low dose steroids I am on at the moment.
No pauses during drink breaks so pace looks terrible.
