10 mins spin bike before pilates and some own foam roller. Carole tailored a lot of class around my back, I think! She's so nice. Lots of cardio alternatives to running suggested afterwards too. Run with club (duty rota) tonight. Will see how it feels. Right side still feels tingly. Maybe ham will be a bit better. Bizarrely ankle feels puffy, pins and needles a bit? Weird.
