Another 3 mile jog try out. This time from gym. Same really. Stiff and sore right ham string esp lifting heel to bum. Occasionally feels a little like it will "give way" (when I land on bent right knee). Glad to run a bit, but annoyed that it's such a long outage. Gym after just cos. :-) G
