Watford 10k. Hot day instead of rain, which is v unusual for this race. Managed a negative split based on garmin time (22.37, 22.29). Official time confirmed as 45.09. Got my time to build on for rest of 10k's now, with aim of PB at distance by end of June. Beat Run Ginger Run too, so pleased about that!!! Sure he's not too happy about being beaten by a gril though! Still hate this route and glad it is over for another year! V friendly and well organised race and great turn out from the club, so no complaints there.
