Grassmere Gallop 17kn Trail Race. Race was around and over Loughrigg Fell.
It was very wet!!!
Felt good through race. Mass start with 10km and 5km runners and walkers. Was pacing myself at the beginning as had the big hill climb!
Had good speed on the flats and down hill, even at the end. Was not so fast up hill! Need more strength work for legs!
Sprint finish let me down a bit!
