roberton Very cold and quite a bit of mud from all the wet weather we've had. Found it harder than expected which I put down to: a) lack of training: it's dark, I'm working again, and it's rained every day b) all runs are harder than I remember them! Given the conditions I was pleased to only be a few seconds slower than my previous PB. However I was *really* chuffed to find I came 118/355. I don't think I've ever come in the top half before, never mind almost the top third.
