RichardNathan Great run, especially as I was disguistingly hungover following a pub crawl I did for my brother's 30th the day before. I was contemplating not even running. Shame I was drinking as I recon I'm in pretty good shape following the training I did for the triathlon last weekend. Could cut another 30 secs off at push - failry flat course with one incline.
