Big Jim Good no nonsense race, undulating but well organised. Set off much faster than I intended to and somehow managed to hang on. The off road section was a bit of a surprise but overall well pleased with the race and especially my time. bag printed with HMP prison Ranby is cool.

Boycie Think I just beat 1hr 07. A very dull course, which seemed to be constantly uphill - well organized but with minimal support. In fact the best crowd noise came at the start which was by one of the prison blocks - so instead of cheers, it was jeers - but that was actually quite amusing. A 2 mile off-road stretch did not help a good time! But I guess technically a PB having not run 10m before!
