TheBeetroot I was pleased with this as despite almost no training for months because of a dodgy knee, I managed to run the whole thing including a stonking (well, for me at any rate!) sprint for the last quarter mile or so. Good atmosphere as usual for R4L and it was being filmed for Sky.
